Holly Bailey is a consultant at The EA Institute, who is passionate about transforming how Administrators lead, think, work and behave and in particular has a keen interest in working with EA’s and CEO’s on enhancing the working relationship.

A certified Practitioner of Meta Dynamics, Accredited EDISC Consultant, Trainer and Key Note Speaker, Holly brings more than 10 years’ experience supporting Senior Executives in high level Executive Assistants roles, with significant experience working in the professional services and legal industries.

Holly has gathered a wide and varied range of experience delivering workshops and seminars through her work with Executive Assistant Network (EAN), Melbourne Executive Assistant Group (MEAG) and 'Play like a Girl', a movement she founded dedicated to the empowerment of girls and women through sport.

Amanda Vinci

One of the most inspirational and empowering executive assistants trainers in Australasia, Amanda started out as an entry level administrator 14 years ago in Perth, Western Australia. She has since gone from senior executive assistant to executive coach and in 2017 founded The EA Institute, a global business where their mission is to Inspire Leadership and they do this by transforming how Executive Assistants and Senior Administrators think, lead, work and behave.  Amanda is an Internationally Accredited Coach, Meta Dynamics, Accredited E-DISC Consultant, Trainer and Key Note Speaker.

Amanda’s passion for the administrative profession is palpable. Her strengths are building leadership capability, elevating communication, aligning administrative team, increasing performance, building strong partnerships between executives and their assistants and challenging assistants to broaden their knowledge of the business concerns, vision and overall strategic objectives. 

Whether it be as a consultant developing administrative teams, facilitating and training large group or working 1:1, in all contexts the particular perspective Amanda operates from is enabling people to see something different, or new, that they hadn’t seen before that opens up different actions for them to take which produce the desired results.
