Join us for an interactive & informative session on how you can get moving at Home with KX.
Featuring: Amie Skinner & Sarah Mazza
How often have you worked all day only to realise it's 3pm and you haven't even had your lunch? Or had back-to-back meetings all day and you don't get the chance to leave your WFH/Office Desk for a break at all?
You're not the only one and there is absolutely no fun in that. So we've asked the wonderful team at KX Pilates to get us motivated and show us how we look after our bodies and get moving.
Join us for an interactive session (activewear optional) to get our bodies moving and learn some great tips on how to keep your mind and body active when working in an office environment or at home.
Here's what we have planned
15 minute Express KX Mat Pilates Class with Sarah Mazza
15 minute Stretch Session - Desk stretches targeting neck, lower and upper back, hamstrings and hip flexors with Amie Skinner
15 minutes in the Break Out Rooms to share tips and tricks on staying active during the work day
Get your activewear on and join in the fun OR simply watch and enjoy. Either way, you'll get some great tips on how to get your body moving and motivated.
